Nate's ever changing persona

Nate has really been into dress up and pretend play lately. Usually it is whoever he sees on TV or whoever is in a book he is reading. It started around Halloween with Spiderman. Which is understandable because it was Halloween. Both his and Ben's Spiderman costumes are no more due to wear and tear. Then he got more and more into it. To the point that we must now address him as the character he is pretending to be. It you call him Nate, he will correct you. My son is one, or all of the following throughout any given day:
  • Firefighter
  • Spoungebob
  • Simpson (as in the Simpsons)
  • News man
  • Pirate
  • Ghostbuster
Ben has even become aware that if you want Nate's attention you must call him by these names. Luckily it hasn't interfered at school. So, I will just let it run it's course.
