He Had a Reason
I knew Ben wasn't himself the last two nights. The nurse at school called me around 1:00 today and told me he had a fever of 102.8. So, I made my way from the school in Deer River where I was working to get him. By the time we got home his fever was 104. Now we are fighting to keep it below 103 by piggybacking Tylenol and Ibuprofen. It will be a long night! The strep test we took at the doctors this afternoon was negative and she said his lungs sound clear. So lets hope this high fever is just the result of a bad cold and nothing else!
